HP420 - Cancer Care - Skin and Sarcoma site specific data

  1. This diagram shows the class types relevant to site specfic data in the treatment of cancer for skin and sarcoma.

  1. A CANCER CARE SPELL may be a SKIN CANCER CARE SPELL or SARCOMA CARE SPELL depending on the type of cancer being treated.

  1. SARCOMA CARE SPELL is related to a particular BODY SITE.

  1. The SKIN CANCER CARE SPELL is related to a DERMATOLOGIST BODY SITE and may have a number of SKIN CANCER LESIONS diagnosed which are found at other DERMATOLOGIST BODY SITES. Each SKIN CANCER CARE SPELL may have a number of different SKIN LYMPHOMA MORPHOLOGIES.

  1. The SKIN CANCER CARE SPELL is related to a DERMATOLOGIST BODY SITE and may have a number of [DELETED] diagnosed which are found at other DERMATOLOGIST BODY SITES. Each SKIN CANCER CARE SPELL may have a number of different SKIN LYMPHOMA MORPHOLOGIES.

  1. Each CANCER CARE SPELL may have a primary PATIENT DIAGNOSIS and a number of PERSON OBSERVATIONS WITHIN CARE SPELLS, one of which will be the SARCOMA CONDITION.
