ASA PHYSICAL STATUS CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM CODE (NATIONAL JOINT REGISTRY) is the physical status of the PATIENT as recorded by an anaesthetist for the operative procedure, for the purpose of the National Joint Registry Data Set.
